I have been using Anchor's services for 6 months now.HVAC team - professional and knowledgeable.Electrical team - professional and knowledgeable.Plumbing team - professional and knowledgeable.I have nothing but good things to say about Anchor to date. Scheduling appointments (even last minute emergency)with the service manager was super easy and he was also very pleasant. Work is top notch, when they leave you can't tell they've done work in your place. Highly recommend.

ACCIDENTALLY WAS NOT POSTED WHEN IT WAS WRITTEN SORRY. I HAVE HAD OUR AC cleaning today in April 30 2025! Separate review will be added.Paul Staweci showed up even before we could move the car. Like myself and a plumber ( great one Frank from Orleans Plumbing who realised it wasn't his services I required) he wonder why the furnace is leaking!! I was so panicked because water was also dripping from a bathroom renovation that KEEPS causing problems.anyway, back to the BASEMENT so Paul noted our last service was in October where we had a new blower. So the hose must have had a weakness perhaps in its manufacture because it looked like had been cut lengthwise with a knife. He managed to cut off the part that had the crack or split in it and still had enough to fit it back on so (we have parts coverage) but didn't need it. And it was $98. Or under 100. whatever for labour. I am glad no more time or new part was required we have more plumbing down there a brand new pure white utility sink. The labour better be quick!° Im happy with the service always not to be pressured into some sales stuff he knew a squirrel was running in my attic and roof. Gotta save up after the house repairs start adding up. Enercare still scares me but what ever. They are only in charge of the water heater. The furnace works noticeably better, especially in the basementTHIS POST IS OVER A YEAR OLD! I WASNT POSTED THO SO I WILL POST IT TODAY THOUGH IT WAS FROM 2023.

Shannon’s professionalism is unmatched. He has performed the maintenance service on my HVAC equipment for several years. His work is top notch and he takes the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Anchor Home Comfort and Shannon!

Just get a new hot water tank install a few days ago. Ahmad M and Sam show up on time. The team work fast and tidy. They work very professional. And Anchor home comfort customer service is very helpful and straightly. The company offer a competition price. I am very happy with the company. will do business with company in the future for sure.

Great work by Félix and Miguel on our new water heater. The work started right on time and they walked us through the work that was done at the end. The new install is more practical than the original one (by another company), with new shut-off, updated venting, etc. They also explained the adjustments for the new equipment and what to expect. All that with a smile.

This was my first experience with Super Plumber, a sub-branch of Anchor Home Comfort, and the service was exceptional. The dispatcher was friendly and assisted me throughout the booking process. Dan N. was the contractor assigned to address my issue. He answered all my questions and concerns and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Anchor Home Comfort for any future plumbing needs.

All of the wonderful experience started from the dispatcher: she is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. You would understand how terrible the feeling one would have, when the shower and bath drainage was clogged and family start to complain toward you. Luckily, I called Anchor, and immediately began to know I was in the good hand.Next day in the early morning, Cat came to knock on the door , and did the diagnosis, proposed solutions, and gave me price. He has been professional, efficient, and thorough.I am very happy with the whole experience with Anchor and their wonderful employees. I am thankful for their had work. Wish all the best.Thanks again. You guys will be the first to call for help if there is any other problems coming up. Would like to recommend them to my friends in need.
